Delivery and Returns
All of our items are unique, and made by individual makers across the UK. We want to obtain great Customer Service for our users so we ask you to please take the time to carefully read all of our terms to ensure you are happy with our offering.
All of our items are shipped directly to you from the lovely designers that made them. Each item we stock has its very own story and process so we please ask you to refer to the individual product description for shipping times. Some items may be made to order, in which case you will be able to request more information on an individual basis by contacting:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to send it back to get a refund. The returned item/s must be packaged properly to ensure the item gets back to us undamaged. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of returns unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Customers must notify Look Like Love within 24 hours if they have received an item that has been damaged in transit. Faulty items must be claimed within 14 days of purchase. In the case that an item is at fault due to the responsibility of Look Like Love the return of such items will be reimbursed to you.
Proof of Return Delivery
We advise that it is in your interest to return the items with a Proof of Postage. Unfortunately items that are lost in transit remain the responsibility of the Customer and Look Like Love is unable to cover the costs of lost or damaged items.
